About Rallye 

Rallye’s humble beginnings began in 1994 with the acquisition of Rallye Motors Hyundai from the Toogood family, which was located at one of the busiest intersections in Southeastern New Brunswick just a few hundred yards from the retail giant, Champlain Mall.

At that time, Greater Moncton, also known as the hub of the Maritimes was seeing record breaking growth and so did Moncton’s newest automotive franchise Rallye Motors Hyundai. After only a few short years it was apparent that Rallye would quickly outgrow their first home and so the search began for a new location.

In 2003 a large parcel of land was purchased in Moncton’s busy north end and the work began to secure Rallye’s future. Rallye Motors Hyundai opened its doors in a new 21,000 square foot state of the art facility at 199 Carson Drive in 2004.

A few years later the local Mitsubishi franchise was purchased and rebranded to Rallye Motors Mitsubishi. Other automotive franchises quickly followed. A Rallye Motors Chrysler store was added in late 2012.
The 40-year-old local Nissan franchise became part of the Rallye family in the spring of 2013 and the Rallye GM stored followed in 2016.

2016 also saw Rallye Motors Nissan relocate into a brand-new 65,000 square foot facility on Carson Drive and quickly became the Maritimes #1 Retail Volume Nissan Dealer.

In 2017, Rallye saw an opportunity to become involved in the ever-growing Power Sports world. Rallye took the plunge, acquired and rebranded Atlantic Motoplex to what is known today as Rallye Motoplex and Marine. Motoplex, as is affectionately called, has quickly grown its brands from 8 to 21 of the worlds best Power Sports and Marine brands and has become one of the Largest Power Sports facilities in Canada. It operates its business in more than 72,000 square feet of FUN! The Marine Division was expanded in 2023 to include the finest marine vessels.

Rallye Motors Infiniti, New Brunswick’s first Infiniti franchise was awarded to Rallye and opened its doors in 2019, adjacent to Rallye Hyundai and Rallye Nissan on Carson Drive. Rallye Infiniti  became the fastest growing Infiniti dealer in Canada in 2023 and has also become the Largest Infiniti Dealer in Atlantic Canada.

And the Rallye Motors Auto Mall started to take shape.

Rallye’s Maritime Delivery was introduced in 2020 and provides pickup and drop off services in our fully enclosed trailers every week to NB, PEI and NS. The “delivery team” handles everything from parts to vehicles, atv’s, side by sides, motorcycles and boats for our valued clients.

The Group continued to spread its wings and in 2022 adding Fix Auto, a state-of-the-art Collision Center operating in both Moncton and Dieppe. Plus, Novus Glass an Auto Glass Repair Shop has also been added under Rallye’s ever growing umbrella, expanding in late 2024 into Dieppe.

2023 saw Rallye Motoplex expand into Halifax Nova Scotia. An 18,000 square foot existing Power Sports business was purchased, and improvements began immediately to raise the bar to the Rallye standards. Several new brands including BMW Motorrad were added to the line up and today Rallye Motoplex Nova Scotia is poised to serve the province of Nova Scotia with its welcoming new look facility and easy access.
Rallye currently interacts with more than 1,000,000 customers all over Atlantic Canada with more than 20,000 service appointments booked each year.  2024 saw nearly 7,000 units sold throughout all the Rallye owned operations.

From its inception Rallye has been very active and supportive in the community. Since 1994 over 1.1 million dollars have been either donated or raised for various for profit and not for profit entities in our region. From the Boys and Girls Club of Moncton to the local HeadStart Charity to Blessings in a Backpack to dozens of youth groups including minor hockey. Suffice to say - Rallye believes in kids as they are the future.
The increasingly diverse population of the Moncton region is well represented throughout the Rallye Group from Sales Specialists to Sales Managers to Technicians to our Detail Team and Apparel Department. Over 26 languages are currently spoken. Rallye is proud to play an important role in this growing segment of new Canadians.
